Where have we been? - Brisbane Property Photography

So it has been almost a year since our last blog post. We have also been fairly quiet on social media this year. So where have we been? Well in our second year, Propshoot has been the busiest Real Estate Photographer in Brisbane and on our way to becoming the busiest Brisbane Commercial Photographer. In that time we have had some amazing shoots that we are excited to share with you.

Over the coming weeks we will show some feature properties of our favourite Brisbane Real Estate Photography and Brisbane Commercial Photography. We have shot all things from houses big and small, penthouse apartments, townhouse developments, simulated view shots for developers and Interior Design Photography in Brisbane.

Until we have some of our work featured here, feel free to check out our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to keep up with all the latest news and photos.

Property of the Week - Brisbane Real Estate Photography

Brisbane's Real Estate Photographer Propshoot went out and shot this gem of a place at Bulimba. It had all the modern design and architecture that we love. A home like this makes our job here at Propshoot a very enjoyable one. The photos come to life with this home's crisp colours and light and fresh appeal. See what you think...

This was a shoot for Place Bulimba.

Great spacious layout with funky pendant lights in kitchen, and down lighting throughout, with crafted timber stack doors opening to the outdoor BBQ area.

Island benchtop with glass splash back looking outdoors and fresh light marble tiles throughout.

This sophisticated and classy main bedroom has unique cornered louvre windows that give a great outlook to the golf course.

This house has great street appeal with its sharp, modern design and contrasting finishes.

Property of the Week - Brisbane Real Estate Photography

This newly renovated home has plenty of modern luxuries and with the brilliance of the architectural design of this home, it is set in a class of it's own. With a media room downstairs, a lift, three bedrooms and bathrooms, a lovely outdoor enclosed entertaining area and many other mod-cons.

There is a catwalk landing featured in this property which not only overlooks the open plan living and kitchen area but gives this section of the house a real sense of space. Being multi level, this home boasts not one but two lovely balconies overlooking Hamilton and the Brisbane River.

Modern, luxurious, great location, spacious and creatively designed...this home was a pleasure to shoot!

A very modern and contemporary designed home.

Landing overlooks this fresh and light, modernally decorated, open plan living and kitchen area.

This master has style and class with stunning views of the Brisbane River and Hamilton from the bedroom balcony.

This shot shows the luscious greenery and illumination of the city lights that you can take in from the balcony.

Brisbane's Refinery Property

Propshoot was very fortunate to shoot this unique and very special Brisbane Refinery property. No expense has been spared in furnishing this home with beautiful pieces from around the world!  A heritage building with modern interiors and facilities, right on the river in one of Brisbane's most prestigious locations.

The CSR Refinery building was erected to supply the sugar for all of those tea, and increasingly, coffee drinkers. Built in 1893, it became an important part of Queensland's development, and also contributed greatly to the industrialisation of the Bulimba reach of the river because of its requirement for port and rail facilities.

The exterior of The Refinery has been totally restored; the transformed interior now houses 30 apartments, thus converting a large industrial processing building to a residential use. And saving it. The main 1893 refining building still demonstrates the principal characteristics of a 19th century industrial building.

The Refinery is now one of the last surviving industrial sites on the inner city reaches of the Brisbane river and one of the last to retain its wharf. So it is important. It had to be saved, and it was!

This was a shoot for Ray White New Farm

This exterior shot shows the industrial characteristics of this historic refinery building.

The exposed beams, high ceilings and styling all give this master bedroom loads of character and there's the bonus of amazing views of the river out every window.

Natural lighting gives this shot the chance to show this room off to it's fullest potential...such class.

The lovely patio of this refinery property is on the doorstep of the river's boardwalk.

Our photography of this property was featured in The Courier Mail's third ever double page spread.
